- Free Friday class for new and perspective students – September 10th. This is a great way to check out the studio and find out what classes will work best for you. (Current students are welcome, regular class fees apply.)
- Yoga for New Moms - Four-part series class begins September 14th and October 19th, 11am with Lisa. Bring your baby to class and take care of you in this specialized class.
- Intro to Yoga Series, begins September 13th, with Eve. A series focused on learning yoga basics and the best way to begin yoga or come back if it’s been a while. Please pre-register for this series.
- Yoga for Babies and Tots series begins week of 9/20, with Anna. Babies and tots & tykes learn appropriate yoga poses, play games and practice calming techniques with parents to learn balance, coordination and build confidence.
- Couples’ Yoga for Labor, Friday September 24th, with Anna. Learn yoga, breathing and meditation techniques for a supportive, confident birth. Limited space available.
- Deepening Your Practice series begins October 1st, with Roy. This four part series will focus on practicing yoga with the spiritual teachings of Patanjali, Buddha, Jesus and Lao Tzu. Connecting yoga with faith and inner spirit.
- Yoga for Low Back Pain, begins October 3rd, with Lisa. This popular series will practice poses that help to relieve pain, strengthen and stabilize lower back muscles. Please pre-register for this 5 part series.
- Where the Wild Things Are! Yoga class with Anna for Kids ages 5 – 10. Come join us for a wild time and adventure through play and fun poses.
